The Strike Zone Academy Softball Hitting Camp is designed to improve your offensive potential. We will focus on fundamentals, technique, and explosive movements that are essential to becoming a complete hitter. We will also include basic core work to build strength in muscles that are key to hitting.
Sessions will include drills, demonstrations, and direct feedback from Coach Emily Echols.
