Speed and agility training
"Turn and go"! It sounds easy, but there is more to it than most realize. Especially, when your trying to run down a long fly ball or keep a hard ground ball from getting to the outfield. Or, maybe you're just trying to steal a base or stretch a single into a double. You're going to need all the help you can get. Foot speed and acceleration are critical skills and can be the difference between success and failure. Our speed and agility program is designed to help all ballplayers improve their maximum sprint and short distance acceleration from a lead off-position to the bag. This program is sure to help any softball or baseball players increase their chances of getting into scoring position.
EDGE SPEED TRAINING
Duration: 2 weeks / 6 workout sessions
Athletes can choose to attend all 6 sessions or pick a week and attend the 3 sessions offered during that week.
