MVP TRAINING
Pro athletes go to spring training to get ready for the upcoming season, sign your athlete up for the same experience.
The MVP Training program is designed to help athletes increase speed, power, core strength, quickness, hand-eye and foot-eye coordination, as well as, balance and sport specific endurance.
MVP Training
Length of Program: 6 Weeks
Time Commitment: 2 Days a week / 1 1/2 hr each day
Cost: $315 per player for training only. $345 per player - Inlcudes choice of J-Bands or Vert Belt
Focus: Throwing / Batting / Speed & Agility with an upper or lower body workout with each session.
